Our founders, Nichol and Nicholas have been featured in the July 2017 issue of Forbes Asia on Asia's philanthropy heroes with their involvement in Food Bank. 

An excerpt from the article:

"Coming from a family business that has been distributing food for more than 80 years, Nichol and Nicholas have been frontline observers of food wastage. In 2012, they tapped their on personal funds and started Food Bank, a nonprofit that collects excess cooked food from hotels, discarded fresh produce, items with a near-expiration date and packaged goods from trading companies, supermarkets and individuals, and distributing the items to almost 200 charitable groups across the island. Today Food Bank has 2 full-time staff, a van, a truck, and 1,000 volunteers serving the community."
